• Developed portions of a camera extraction software product, Maya Live, to assist in the creation of live-action visual effects for film and video using C++ and the Maya API. Delivered product market validation and prototype.
• Designed and developed the aspects of the Maya Live user interface based on analysis of the “match-moving” workflow. Designed and implemented components of the underlying product data structures, through-the-lens camera manipulation and core software components.
• Led software release cycle and quality assurance effort for Exposure, a 2D/3D animation integration software product. Investigated and implemented usability improvements to the software. Developed functional and regression test strategies, plans and suites for this highly complex product.

ERP/CRM Project Lead

• Led the IT infrastructure efforts supporting of the implementation of SGI’s next generation ERP and CRM systems. Delivered technical software architecture for manufacturing, order management and financial applications using Oracle database and Oracle Applications environment.
• Formed, defined and implemented strategies for design pilot, development and production Oracle database environments, development standards, software configuration management and unit/system/integration testing. Established testing environments for all phases of the implementation.
• Directed design and implementation of the testing methodology for this extremely large development and conversion project. Planned, managed and executed unit, functional and acceptance testing with a matrixed 120 person team.
• Designed and put into operation bug and feature tracking systems. Initiated requirements and development of a software configuration management and defect tracking application, which eventually became Mercury Demand Management products.
